I was debating, outside in the 40s and windy or inside on the treadmill.
This might sound silly but I opted for the treadmill because I was anxious to see the new mills my local YMCA got for Christmas.
I am a bit of an odd duck in that, unlike most runners, I don’t mind the treadmill at all. The repetition some how seems to sooth me.
Anyway, that was my day of running, 2 miles warm-up/cool-down and 5 at a pretty quick tempo building pace.
